How do I pay for my order?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You simply pay the courier securely when your order arrives. No credit card is required at checkout.

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat delivery rate of LE 85 across Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. If your order is LE 499 or more, delivery is free.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after we confirm your details via phone or WhatsApp.

How do I use the QUICKFIX Kit?

It is a simple three-step process: dry-brush the loose dirt away, apply the foam and scrub gently, then wipe the shoe clean with the microfiber towel.

Which shoes can I use this on?

KLAYN is designed for everyday maintenance on the shoes you wear most, from sneakers to school shoes. It provides a simple clean that is gentle on your shoes.

Do I need to buy a whole new kit when I run out?

No. You can purchase our standalone Foam Bottle for LE 174 to restock your supply while keeping your original brush and towel.

Can I return my order?

We replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because our products are shoe-care essentials, we cannot accept returns of foam, brushes or towels once they have been opened or used. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and see our Returns Policy for full details.
